PM Advisory ($950) includes monthly visits and milestone approvals. PM Oversight ($2,950) includes weekly visits, full schedule management, and proactive issue escalation.
Do I need PM Advisory if I have a good contractor?
Even with a trusted contractor, an independent PM protects your interests. Pay application review alone often saves more than the fee.
Can PM Advisory be added after construction starts?
Yes. We conduct a condition assessment at onboarding to establish a baseline.
What happens when my PM finds a problem?
Your PM documents the issue, notifies the contractor, and escalates to you with a recommended resolution. Payment is held at that milestone until resolution.

100% of this package fee can be applied once toward eligible Kealee professional design or managed-build services for the same project. Credit requires a later written Kealee scope for the same project, cannot exceed that later service fee, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with another purchase credit unless the written scope says otherwise.
